Okehampton's independent, locally-owned general bookshop opened on 24th August 2019, selling new books, book illustration prints and local art.
All our stock is hand-picked, ever-changing and carefully curated: everything from philosophy to natural history, manga to the best of new fiction.
We have a dedicated section for children and young people, and feature books and maps relating to Dartmoor and our local area.
Browsers are totally welcome. Or we're on hand if needed to advise, track down that long-lost book or recommend the perfect read for you.
Anything in print that we don't stock can usually be ordered for next day delivery or collection.
