As a picture framer, I used to talk to local artists who were unable to showcase their work locally. So in 2015 we opened Gallery in the Fort, specialising in work by local artists & craftspeople. We decided to incorporate my online business Penguin Corner as well and quickly acquired the nickname "The Penguin Shop".
We continue to provide a picture framing service but have also expanded to include a Puffin section and an art supplies section, which grows bigger every year.
