Utterly Yorkshire is a small independent retailer based in the West Yorkshire village of Denby Dale and, as the name suggests, is dedicated to the sale of Yorkshire food, drink & gifts via world class customer service provided on a ‘one to one’ basis to our customers.
We source products from 78 suppliers, all but 3 of which are from the Broad Acres of Yorkshire, and most of which we trade with on first name terms. These suppliers range from medium size enterprises to individuals producing great local products in their own kitchens. 100% of the food and drink we sell is from Yorkshire based suppliers and we like to think that we can tell the story behind the suppliers we source from, and the products they produce.
Whilst we sell our products online utilising a website, Instagram and Facebook page our greatest satisfaction comes from word of mouth recommendations and from those who’ve received a gift from us choosing to then buy gifts from us for others. In a world where ‘time is money’ in so many organisations, we’re happy to talk to our customers and visitors whether they buy from us or not and we’re one of a small group of businesses who are still happy to carry purchases to our customers car or hold a brolly for them to their cars if inclement weather prevails.
Our mission is simply to offer great value with even greater customer service, delighting our customers and promoting the very special products that we can be proud to say come from our home county of Yorkshire.
