We are a small retail shop specialising in repairs to electronic devices including iPhones, Televisions, computers & laptops including Apple Macs. We also repair GHD hair straighteners. We have been trading in Carmarthen for 22 years and have been a limited company since 2007.
We are a family run business and we pride ourselves on our good reputation and high quality of workmanship and customer service. We are also the first & currently the only retailer in Carmarthenshire County to be awarded Trading Standards Approval with the Buy with Confidence Scheme.
All our work is local to the three counties that are local to us and our online presence is purely for advertising only.

We are very environmentally aware and feel that every item we repair is one that does not end up in a recycling centre, bearing in mind that electronics are now classed as Hazardous waste.
We close at 3pm so we have time to dedicate to our repairs, thus customers get their goods back quicker. 22 years in the same shop is quiet an achievement these days and we feel that we are obviously doing something right as Carmarthen is small town with a close knit community
