Independent Retailers Confederation (IRC) member BIRA, together with Starling Bank are working on a news story to share the positive experiences independent retailers have encountered since lockdown ended.

IRC iconThe Independent Retailers Confederation (IRC) is a well-established organisation that brings together like-minded trade associations with interests in the small and independent retail sector. It currently represents c.100,000 independent retailers throughout the UK and provides a lobbying platform for increasing the profile and voice of independent retailing within Government and Parliament. The ACT and ActSmart are key members of the IRC to represent their members.

BIRA and Starling Bank want to know about the items that have seen a boom in sales following the end of lockdown, if you have experienced an increase in in-store purchases and how the impact of the pandemic has had a positive effect on your relationship with the local community.

The short survey should only take 3 minutes to complete, and there is also an option for you to leave contact details if you'd like to be considered to be featured in the BIRA feel good content.
