Your Business Journey to Net Zero, is a series of locally focused virtual events, designed to help small businesses who want to play their part in climate change, but don't know where is best to start.

The events will deliver tools, solutions and ideas to help small businesses map their best next steps. Attendees can also consider the business opportunities stemming from the transition to a low carbon economy.

London event: Tuesday 12 October

Event highlights include:

  • Addresses from Minister of State for London and for Small Business, Consumers and Labour Markets, Paul Scully and the Government's UK Net Zero Business Champion, Andrew Griffith MP.
  • Presentations and Q&As with a number of businesses and organisations including West London Business, Planet Mark and London Councils.
  • A virtual exhibition hall showcasing initiatives, products and services on how to lower carbon emissions.

Scotland event: Thursday 14 October

Highlights include:

  • Speeches from BEIS' Minister for Small Business, Consumers and Labour Markets, Paul Scully, the Scottish Government's Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, Ivan McKee, and the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland's Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Minister Iain Stewart.
